To fully protect your rights and enjoy satisfactory shopping experience,
please read the following details for conditional return & refund service.
Returns
To make you happy with your purchasing is one of our goals. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied, you may apply for a return within
30days after delivery the product. Merchandise must be unworn with
original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging. Before sending the package
of return, please contact our customer service to confirm the receiving address.
The return shipping fee will be covered by the buyer, if the item received is
damaged or not correct, the seller has the right to refuse to refund part or total of the payment.
Notes
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
Refunds
A notification of receipt will be sent to you by email once your return is
received and inspected. The approval or rejection of your refund will be
attached with the email as well. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment,
within a certain amount of 1-8 business days.
Cancellation
Cancellation will be allowed in the following two cases:
1. Before the payment is made.
2. The payment has been made but the item hasn’t been shipped. In this case ,
you should follow the steps as below :
Click the button ‘My Orders’ to find the order you wanna cancel;
Click the button ‘Order Code”;
Click the button ‘After Sale’ at the end of the order;
Choose the option ‘Cancel and Refund’ to fill the reason form;
Click the button ‘Submit’;
The application will be showed to our support team through the system
automatically and the refund will be proceed once it is approved.
Note: Once the item has been shipped out, you could not cancel
your order. In such a case, the remedy that can be taken is to process the
return by your own charge once you receive the item.
